Biography
Seung Wook Kang is a partner at Yoon & Yang LLC, and his main practice areas are intellectual property (IP), entertainment, and games.
Mr. Kang graduated with honors from Hanyang University School of Law and Yonsei Law School and passed the 6th Bar Examination and was admitted to the bar. He holds a master’s degree in intellectual property from KAIST Graduate School of Intellectual Property and provides optimal solutions based on his extensive experience in all aspects of intellectual property matters, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, design rights, trade secrets, and unfair competition, as well as his deep understanding of the relevant industries.
